This is a fun recipe which sounds complicated, but it’s easy to make and fun to serve.
Serves: 14 pieces
Ingredients:
KG Pastry (Spring Roll Pastry) | ||
2 | Cups | Shredded Cabbage |
1 | Cup | Shredded Carrot |
1 | Cup | Juvenile Green Beans |
1/4 | Cup | Chives |
1/2 | Cup | Bean Sprouts |
2 | TBsp | Soy Sauce |
Salt to taste | ||
1 | Tsp | Chili Garlic Sauce |
Oil for frying |
How to Prepare:
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Squeeze all of the excesses water out.
- Prepare to fill the pastry according to the instructions on the wrapper.
- Deep fry in hot oil.
- Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
